You can either bring your machine to our workshop or, we can bring our workshop to your machine, giving you a chance to demonstrate the problem in your own home. We do not charge a call-out fee.
There are some instances with today's demands of Hardware and Software interaction, that it can take some time to locate the prime fault. For call-outs, we try to repair the machine on-site saving you time and money with just the one visit.
Occasionally, for more complex problems, our engineer may have to bring the machine back to the workshop to be repaired.
